1. Subscription Plans
Document E-Signer is offered on fixed-term plans (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months). Plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise at purchase.
2. Cancellation
Since plans are prepaid and non-recurring by default, there is nothing to actively "cancel" — your license simply expires at the end of the paid term. If you do not wish to continue, you can simply not renew.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if:
- The payment was made but the license was never activated due to a technical fault on our end, or
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment).
Refunds are generally not provided once a license has been successfully activated and used. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email documentesigner@gmail.com with your payment reference/transaction ID and the reason for your request within 7 days of the transaction.
